EndNote X6 for Windows has been released – X6 for Mac will come in late September.

With the new release you are able to update and synchronize references between EndNote desktop and Web with one click. So you can access and manage your references from any computer. User rating and tagging tools has been added. Now you may track the read or unread status of your records.
