Online Workshops on EndNote in Fall 2014

There will be two EndNote workshops this fall:

  • Reference Management with EndNote – Fri, 24 October
  • Reference Management with EndNote – Thu, 27 November

All workshops begin at 10:00 am and last 90 minutes.
Attendance is free of charge for staff and guests of the Max Planck Society, but online registration is required.

EndNote Workshop 2014

EndNote is a popular and powerful reference management system for Windows and Macintosh. The course gives an overview of EndNote, shows the import of search results (the use of import filters, the direct export and an online search from within EndNote), demonstrates how to generate bibliographies and explains some special features of EndNote. We will even show how to use EndNote in the mobile way on the iPad.

  1. Now you can make PDF annotations directly within the EndNote app for your iPad. Find more new functionalities at http://endnote.com/ipad/update.
  2. The direct export from Scopus and Science Direct with Mendely is now possible as you can read in the official Mendeley blog.
