Wiley has extended its OA-Gold-Program “Wiley OpenAccess” http://www.wileyopenaccess.com/view/index.html:

The title ChemistryOpen is included into the central Open Access agreement with Wiley. Therefore all articles submitted by a Max Planck author the publication charge is paid centrally by the Max Planck Digital Library.
