The Open Access Indicator in Scopus

Scopus has integrated an open access indicator in several Scopus pages so that users can identify open access content more easily. The OA indicator appears on

  • the search results page,
  • list pages (temporary and saved lists),
  • author profile pages,
  • ‘Browse sources’ pages and
  • ‘Journal details’ pages.

It is planned to make it possible to search Scopus for open access content on an article level.
