Central Open Access Agreements

The Max Planck Society encourages its scientists to publish in open access journals and pays the article publication charges centrally for all scientists of the FHI who publish articles in specific gold open access journals.

From time to time we inform you about new journal titles that are included in the central OA gold agreements. Here [only internal] you find an overview of all agreements.

New Springer Open Access title

The new interdisciplinary Open Access journal SpringerPlus is now open for submissions:

“SpringerOpen publishes high-quality peer-reviewed open access journals in Science, Technology and Medicine. Max Planck Society is a Member which means you can publish in any SpringerOpen, BioMed Central or Chemistry Central journal without paying a fee. The article-processing charge is paid centrally by your institution.”
