This year’s OpenCon will be held in Berlin on November 11-13, 2017. The Max Planck Society will host OpenCon 2017 at the Harnack House. Organized by the Right to Research Coalition and SPARC, OpenCon is the largest worldwide conference on open access, open science and open data for the next generation.
Application to attend OpenCon 2017 in Berlin, Germany will open on June 27.
Today the Harnack House is a confererence venue for the Max Planck Society. It was opened in 1929 as a scientific meeting place, where guests from all over the world came together. Now a book, which is a supplement to the conference venue’s exhibition, portrays some of its most illustrious guests: Albert Einstein, Lise Meitner, Max Planck, Albert Speer and more.
