There will be some old favorites and several new online workshops offered by the Scientific Information Retrieval Services for the Biology & Medicine Section of the Max Planck Society in February.

The interactive workshops focus on some popular new bibliographic management systems:

Die “Role Models”-Poster-Ausstellung unter dem Titel Lise Meitners Töchter – Physikerinnen stellen sich vor kann nun auf den Webseiten der DPG heruntergeladen werden. Die Ausstellung möchte insbesondere junge Mädchen und Frauen ansprechen, um auf die beruflichen Perspektiven in den sogenannten MINT-Fächern (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaft und Technik) aufmerksam zu machen.

Details

  • More than 20,000 eBooks starting with publication date 2005 are included in the MyCopy feature.
  • Each MyCopy book has a colour soft cover, with all internal pages being black and white.
